Today, students read independently. There was no analogy today. 

Then, we finished reading “A Rose for Emily” in StudySync together and discussed the surprise ending. Students finished annotating the story. Students should be sure to read through it thoroughly if they missed a day of reading in order to prepare for the upcoming writing assignment. Students were given time to begin the quiz for tomorrow’s assignment.
