Today, students completed the word analogy of the day; absent students should get the absence excused and fill out the missing work form, letting Mrs. Evans know it was excused.

Then, students read independently at the beginning of class; students with an excused absence should read for 20 minutes and complete the Independent Reading Make-Up Form found in Google Classroom, then the missing work form so Mrs. Evans knows you did the assignment.

Then, students completed the notes that they started yesterday. Students should continue working on the gateway assignment until they get a green light and then submit it once Mrs. Evans says to do so.

Once students are finished or while they’re waiting on feedback, they should work on the buffer work, due tomorrow:
